Welcome to this charming, fully renovated fisherman's house in Saint-Guénolé, perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. Just 50 meters from the ocean, white sandy beaches, and coastal paths, it offers a peaceful setting and an ideal location to enjoy Brittany’s coastline.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests and features 4 well-appointed bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed (4 beds)—ideal for children or teens, one with a single bed, and a spacious, bright room with a king-size bed (180x200).
The living area includes a large, welcoming lounge, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, etc.), 2 bathrooms, and separate toilets. Outside, you’ll find a private, enclosed garden with outdoor furniture—perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing—as well as a shed with beach gear.
Everything is within walking distance: beach and coastal paths (200m), shops, market, restaurants, and the harbor nearby. Enjoy activities like fishing, water sports, and nature walks for all ages.
