This stunning and genuine log cabin home features a delightful wrap-around deck that offers breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. In the evenings, you can relish the pristine Colorado night sky filled with countless stars, the moon, and more! Our residence is situated on a private acre, yet conveniently close to the remarkable town of Grand Lake and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Experience an exceptional mountain getaway in this splendid 4-bedroom home, equipped with all the latest modern amenities, new carpeting throughout, and an excellent option for families, as it accommodates up to 12 guests across two interior levels with over 2200 square feet of living space. The living room on the primary floor features extensive wooden beams and impressive vaulted ceilings, along with large windows that provide a view of the lake and allow warm Colorado sunshine to fill the room on chilly mornings or winter days. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV, or step outside to the private deck for an outdoor meal or BBQ. The breakfast bar offers seating for up to four, complemented by two smaller dining areas with tables for additional guests during mealtime. The kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, allowing the chef in your group to engage with everyone in the open floor plan. A full bathroom is conveniently located around the corner from the kitchen. The master bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and access to the private deck. On the upper level of the cabin, you can relax on the comfortable sofas in the open loft area, which also provides a more spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, forest, and lake. This level features vaulted ceilings with log beams and includes two bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is a child's dream, complete with custom log bunk beds, a futon sofa, and a TV for entertainment. Both bedrooms share access to the main hallway bathroom.
The lower level of the cabin features the fourth bedroom, which includes a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom, providing a private and tranquil space away from the main areas of the cabin.
Additionally, there is a laundry room and access to a one-car garage. Extra vehicles may be parked in the driveway only, as street parking is prohibited. Please note that air conditioning is not provided.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake. Parking is not allowed on any Columbine Lake Road or Community Property.
