About this house rental
You will love gathering your family and friends in this 8000 square foot, custom designed cabin. A comfortable home for 20 people, there is something to do for everyone young and old. The private, 70 acre property allows for opportunity to ride ATV's or snowmobiles right from the doorstep, putting you directly on the endless off-road trail system Grand Lake is famous for. Fantastic sledding hills are right out your doorstep. Maybe you'd rather curl up with a book in front of the warm stone fireplace and enjoy the spectacular views out the 2-story windows. A large playroom loft area filled with toys, games, and dress up clothes will keep the kids occupied. Adults can enjoy the basement with a large bar area, pool table, kitchenette, ice maker, and family room with fireplace. The outdoor hot tub is just steps away. Prepping meals in the gourmet kitchen and sharing mealtimes together will be a wonderful memory on your vacation, as the dining area boasts a round table for 10, a large counter island with seating for 6, an additional table for 6, and banquet tables, if needed. Property accommodates parking for 10 vehicles. AWD is required in the winter. Main level is handicap accessible, as well as basement in the summer. A wonderful property to host your family.

The pictures do not do this house justice, this home is AMAZING!!! Beyond words, super clean, just stunning! The host Laura and her husband went above and beyond!! Words cannot describe how sweet they were and how helpful!! The owner was so sweet, and we are beyond grateful for! I would highly, highly recommend this home for a rental.
