About this apartment rental
The studio is located in the yard behind the main house, on one of Sarasota’s busiest avenues. Please enter on the right side and park in the backyard (spaces in front are not included). The large studio has a queen bed with adjustable mattress, Smart TV (Netflix/Roku), a small kitchen, bathroom, microwave, table, and private outdoor area. For questions, message me only via app or text. Please do not disturb the neighbors.

The location you are reserving is located in the yard behind the main house. It is a large studio with a private bathroom and a small kitchen inside the room.
The studio includes:
• A queen bed with an adjustable mattress
• A Smart TV with access to Netflix and Roku channels
• A cozy TV area
• A microwave and a small table for your meals
• An outdoor area reserved exclusively for you
Guest access
You will be in a separate space from the house, but I would like to warn you that there are other permanent residents in the front house. And maybe when you arrive you will find people in front of the house.
You must enter through the right side that will be your place for the studio.
Other things to note
You can bring your pet and I will charge a fee of only $40 per stay per pet .there will be no daily fee for your pet. one-time fee.
