Shiny oasis with lake view

Clean and decorated beautifully It was in the perfect location, close to many restaurants and stores.

The couch was a bit uncomfortable and hard and the pillows on the bed a little too flat.

Bed was comfortable. Nice, clean condo which was upstairs. Once we found the turn not the parking lot (no parking lot, just a driveway/street) between Bronx and New York streets, we found the condo and enjoyed visiting Sarasota area.

Husband felt the couch was not comfortable. (Cushion by chair leans forward.). It was fine for me.

I liked everything about this place! The apartment was sparkling clean, had a very cheerful but peaceful vibe and was very well equipped. (Washer and dryer too!) Anita was very attentive and helpful. I especially liked the balcony overlooking a pretty pond where we watched a mother osprey bringing food for her babies in the mornings. I painted a watercolor of the view during our stay. It was also very convenient to where my daughter got married, Mote SEA. There is a Publix directly across the street along with a very tasty ramen restaurant. An excellent stay!

Not a thing!

I specified FIRST floor or by elevator in my booking. I was placed on 2nd floor. As a heart patient, in extreme hot weather---was awful.
