New York Avenue Rancher

very spacious, loved the location, loved the ease of the transaction, great neighbors, quiet, close to beach & just far enough to avoid most of the tourist traffic 😀

-not enough kitchen supplies -hard to regulate a/c - it was always able to cool but it took work to not be too cold and/or hot

The home is amazing in size, the rooms are super cute, the living room has great amenities for the whole family. The kitchen comes with everything you will need for your stay. Everything is in great working order. Location is perfect if you want to travel around to Siesta Key, Lido Key, Venice beach, Bradenton. The grocery store is two blocks away and gas stations. Our family of 8 was comfortable here. On site laundry was wonderful. Two car garage and driveway was a huge plus. The porch in the back is so nice to have in the evenings or early mornings. The cute lizards on the side of the house were fun to watch. We will stay here again if available on our next trip!!!

We LOVED the house and location

We didn't know when trash day was and the air in the living room didn't work very well. But other than that the house was AMAZING

Soft beds.

The AC is BROKE. It stays at 80 degrees in the house all during the day. We had it set to 70 the whole time we were here and never once got below 76. The garage where you wash clothes is saturated in water. Garbage disposal is broke, so sink backs up frequently. The guest book on the table also had comments about it being hot in the house, so the owner obviously doesn’t give a crap and just wants your money.
