Welcome to your luxury home away from home! This brand-new, light-filled ground-floor suite offers modern elegance and complete privacy in a quiet, safe Halifax neighbourhood. Featuring direct, grade-level access to the backyard lawn and nature trails, this space provides a tranquil retreat for short or long stays.
Standard, full-size windows in both bedrooms provide abundant natural daylight (no windows in the living room, but we have great lighting).
Direct walkout to the backyard lawn and nature trails.
Complete kitchen with cookware, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry.
One free designated parking space in the driveway.

Direct walkout access to backyard lawn & walking trails
Building Layout & Sound Note:
This private unit occupies the entire main ground floor of a 3-storey building. The upper levels are completely separate with locked-off entrances. As with any multi-level residential building, routine footsteps or general living activity from upstairs may occasionally be audible. We enforce strict quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
Guest access
Your group has exclusive, private access to the entire ground-floor suite. Entry is via the dedicated ground-level side walkway on the left side of the home.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
Outdoor shoes should be taken off inside.
Please clean mud/snow from luggage before carrying them upstairs.

The Vrbo is new and very modern. Within 20 minutes you can access most of the highways including the highway to Peggy’s Cove and Halifax airport. Has all the amenities one could ask for air conditioning dishwasher washer and dryer.

Host’s were very friendly and quick to respond! Very clean and cozy bottom unit! We did have a big truck so parking in the driveway felt tight but there was lots of street parking around! Absolutely perfect for what we needed! Appreciated the supplied snacks! Thank you again! Definitely would stay here again if in Halifax!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The home is beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed.The host was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
