The owners live quietly next door in the main residence, well separated from the flat, so you'll have your own private space.

The Neighborhood:

Inn Manahi sits in quiet, leafy Kawaha Point, on a hillside overlooking Lake Rotorua on the north-western side of town. It's a peaceful, established neighbourhood right by the lake, yet handy to Rotorua's adventures: Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are just eight minutes away, the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and central Rotorua about eleven, and Te Puia's geysers around thirteen. The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest is about sixteen minutes, and Rotorua Airport twenty. With the lake close by, it's a great spot to bring the kayak or paddle board.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here, with on-street parking on the road outside. Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are about eight minutes away, and central Rotorua, the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa around eleven, with Te Puia thirteen. The Redwoods forest is about sixteen minutes and Rotorua Airport twenty. Uber, taxis and buses are available nearby.

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. This is a self-contained flat; the owners live separately next door in the main residence, so it's private and quiet. Please park on the road outside. There's a lovely lake view from the deck - take care on the hillside with young children.
