    Very comfortable to stay, even close to the famous Skyline Rotorua, so it's super recommended to everyone who wants a comfortable stay after a long day outside.

    Booked a room overnight for my birthday as was closest to activities (across from skyline) which included breakfast. To begin with when I booked in at reception he just gave me the room key and didn’t give me instructions on where my room was or anything til I began to walk away. Then came morning of check out and there was NO BREAKFAST to be seen anywhere, which I should’ve guessed since he didn’t say anything about it when I booked in. Was my first time booking a room that included breakfast and that’s exactly the reason why I don’t bother. Because it’s just a money grab. Really put me in a bad mood and now had another expense to factor in. Otherwise a tidy hotel, but receptionist needs to do a better job communicating clearly and whether you will miss out on any inclusions when you arrive rather than seeing it firsthand and getting upset. Didn’t bring it up with the hotel as I presumed I would get turned down about it. Recommend going there but maybe not with a room that includes breakfast *** for the ONE night without breakfastthat I paid for

    Arrived late night Convenient for late check in as staff stayed in the reception until late night Bed was smaller than I expected but fitted in for me and my older son to sleep Basically, we only slept and left in the morning. It was okay for the money we paid

    Dispute of Extra Charge for Twin Bed Request! I submitted a standard preference for twin beds. A bed configuration request is a basic room preference, and charging an extra fee for this without prior disclosure at the time of reservation is completely unreasonable and the cleanliness remained unacceptable.
