The serene space features a bathroom with shower and air conditioning in the bedroom to keep you comfortable. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or stepping out to explore, this fantastic cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Outdoor shower and pool access is a few feet away in the large 1 acre property. 10 minute walk to the beach and close by famous Conchal beach as well as golf, marina and shops within a 10 minute drive. *Please note there are 2 dogs on the property

This little piece of heaven was perfect for a 2 person vacation. The location is secure, close to Brasilito, comfortable with a small A/C unit, private, sunny and had almost everything you might need. There were basic kitchen items and the pool was nice although needed to be cleaned and filled more when we got there due to the hot/dry season and recent wind storms creating lots of debris.
