Escape to a cozy, fully equipped studio apartment with a stunning ocean view balcony. This private oasis is perfect for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Las Croabas, Fajardo.
The studio offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
A comfortable queen-sized bed. Fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric mini stove burner, microwave, plates, silverware, and cookware.
Ensuite bathroom with towels and washcloths, fresh, high-quality linen provided for every guest.
High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV (simply log in to your own streaming accounts)
Enjoy extra amenities that make your stay even better, including a pool, beach chairs, a cooler backpack, and beach towels. For your convenience, a coin laundry is also available on-site.
Please note: El Conquistador is currently undergoing remodeling, and noise from the worksite may be heard on weekdays.
We have already applied a discount to our weekday rates to account for any inconvenience this may cause.

Key Collection and Access Instructions
For your security, the property has 24/7 security.
Upon arrival, please inform the guard at the gate that you are a guest staying in apartment 602.
To get your keys:
1. Go to the 6th floor via the stairs.
2. Your apartment and elevator keys are located in a lockbox on the 6th floor. I will provide you with the lockbox code prior to your arrival.
Once you are inside the apartment, you will find the parking pass for your car.
Studio Apartment Access and Amenities
You'll have access to the entire studio apartment during your stay.
The pool is available for your use. To access it, you will need to use your elevator key.
Simply use the key to select the pool floor in the elevator.
Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
- The apartment is on the 6th floor. There is an elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 9 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost key replacement fee is $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
*Due to the recent atmospheric events that our island has suffered, power, water and internet outages may occur unexpectedly from time to time. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our hands, and we’re not held responsible for the inconveniences this may cause during your stay. This property _______ complete power generator and cistern.
