Cozy vacation apartment with covered terrace and underfloor heating

Enjoy relaxation and tranquility while hiking or on the patio. There’s plenty of space to sit together, play, chat, and eat. The apartment is located in the basement of a quiet vacation home. It features a large kitchen-living room with an oven, dishwasher, and a cozy dining area. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals. The spacious living room/bedroom features a dining table with three chairs, two armchairs, a bench, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. There are also two single beds pushed together. In front of the living-bedroom is a covered patio. Adjacent to the patio, you’ll find a pool that can be used during the summer months. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack with hangers for your clothes. There’s also a free parking spot for your car. Our accommodations are situated in a quiet location in the Rothenberg valley basin in Franconian Switzerland. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away. You’ll also find doctors and a pharmacy in town. For rock climbing enthusiasts, there are numerous climbing walls, and the region is also appealing to cyclists due to its hilly landscape. The bike park at Schloßberg is about a 22-minute bike ride away. Cities such as Nuremberg, Bamberg, and Bayreuth are within easy reach. In winter—provided there is sufficient snow—you can access the cross-country ski trail directly from the edge of town. Alternatively, a leisurely winter walk is, of course, also a great option. Downhill skiing with a ski lift is available at the nearby Schloßberg. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash on site.
