Sea LaVie is a spacious Palm Coast vacation home designed for families and groups looking for a private pool getaway with plenty of room to relax together.

MAIN LIVING AREA
Bright, open, and comfortable, the main living space looks directly out to the pool and lanai, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow throughout the home.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen sits at the center of the home and is fully stocked for guests who like to cook, snack, and gather throughout the day. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool, and the dining room seats eight comfortably.

PRIMARY SUITE
The primary bedroom is located on its own side of the home for added privacy. French doors open directly to the pool, and the ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double sinks.

GUEST BEDROOMS
The guest bedrooms are grouped together across the home with a mix of sleeping options ideal for families and multi-generational groups. One guest bedroom also opens directly to the pool.

GAME ROOM / BEDROOM FIVE
The fifth bedroom doubles as a game room with a smart TV, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, and games and puzzles for downtime between beach trips.

The screened lanai is the heart of the home, with lounge seating, pool toys, and a private fenced backyard for added comfort and privacy.

Pool heat is available for an additional $25/day upon request, making swimming more comfortable during cooler months and evenings.

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• Our nightly rate is based on up to 6 guests. To keep pricing fair for smaller groups while covering additional usage, a small per-guest rate applies for guests 7–10.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. Pool heat is weather dependent and may be limited during cooler temperatures.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

★ Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood with working families, so please keep noise levels low during quiet hours.

★ Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway
★ Garage is available for 1 vehicle or motorcycles only (1 to 3 max)
★ Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking. Please ask ahead of time for storage options. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
★ Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.

𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
★ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
★ We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.
★ If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Air purification to remove odors
  ★ Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state
★ Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone.

★ Trash Pick-Up: Monday and Thursday
★ Recycling Pick-Up: Thursday only
★ Please place all waste in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before pick-up. Remember to return bins after collection.
