The space
Step through the front door into a bright, welcoming hallway that leads into the main living area - a calm, contemporary space designed for comfort. A soft, neutral colour scheme, warm lighting and carefully curated furnishings set the tone for a relaxed stay. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly between lounge, dining and kitchen areas, creating a sociable atmosphere.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and everything needed for cooking and sharing meals. Large doors lead directly outside to a private outdoor area with a wood-fired hot tub (logs provided) and alfresco dining space, perfect for slow afternoons and relaxed evenings. The living space feels effortlessly stylish yet comfortable, encouraging guests to settle in and unwind.
Two elegant super-king bedrooms continue the neutral, modern theme with soft linens and a clean, calming design. The bathroom features sleek contemporary fittings, a walk-in shower and a serene, spa-like feel.

Make your stay at St Osyth Priory Estate truly magical with a private 45-minute visit from Father Christmas to your luxury cottage for an additional £300. Before bedtime, he'll bring festive cheer by reading a heartwarming story, chatting with your children about their wishes, posing for photos, and presenting their gifts (provided by you in advance). This exclusive experience, available at select cottages, is the perfect way to create cherished Christmas memories for your family. Honesty shop
On-site, there's a self-service honesty shop offering locally produced food, drinks and essentials (logs, yoga-mats, games) for your stay.
Relax in nature
The estate offers an outdoor sauna, cold shower and ice bath (available to book privately), seasonal allotments and friendly chickens, ideal for unwinding amidst nature.
Outdoor dining
Guests can enjoy al-fresco meals around the firepit or pizza-oven overlooking the deer park; the area can also be reserved for exclusive private hire.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
