"This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 5000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

- High-speed internet with dedicated router

- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
