Winney Hill Studios #1 - Handicap accessible - 1 of 8 - This property rents following the All-Star Village 6-night calendar ONLY.
Total Renovation, brand new construction throughout. These studios are the perfect mix of functional small space, contemporary decor and distance to all that Oneonta has to offer. Under 1 mile to All-Star Village, walkable to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to both colleges.
Studio #1 - Is handicap accessible, with a dedicated parking spot. There is no ramp, but a power lift is available on the front porch for your use. Wide doorways to enter the building and Studio #1, inside, there is extra space to allow for easy mobility, a large bathroom with grab rails near the toilet and roll-in shower as well as a large wall-mounted sink. Studio 1 has an additional twin-sized pull-out sofa.
Each unit has a full kitchen, with a refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner electric range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Each studio has a Queen sized bed and a SmartTV in the living area. There is a full bathroom with a shower. Wall-mounted mini-splits provide both cool/heat for each studio; your space has its own temperature control.
A shared laundry room is available for guest use in the lower level.
There is a parking lot with off-street parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

The property was very nice and clean and very close to Cooperstown All-Star village. We had several rooms booked for our team, and all of the parents were very pleased with the rooms. Highly recommended.
