The Championship #2 unit is very convenient to both the Cooperstown All Star Village (3.5 miles) and the Cooperstown Baseball World (3 miles) baseball tournaments.

This is a 2-bedroom, spacious first floor apartment. It features one bed in each bedroom, a large (55" or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in the living room, with smaller f(43" or larger) lat screen smart Roku TV's in each bedroom. Just bring streaming apps to watch all your favorite sports and shows. Free high speed wireless internet is also available for your use.
The updated kitchen has a granite countertop and tiled floor. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a tub/shower combo. A gas grill is available for your convenience. There is a shared laundry room in the building with free laundry for our registered guests.
I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.
Championship #2 is in a residential neighborhood, convenient to the All-Star Village and Baseball World ballparks as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.
There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
There are 2 other units available in this building. One has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (Championship #3), the other is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option (Championship #1). For larger groups, you can rent all three to have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 12. Please contact us if you are interested in renting the entire house for a larger group accommodation.

A good deal for the price. The unit is very small and dated but it’s clean and the service is excellent. The covered patio is a nice bonus

Just what we needed for a stay with a kid playing at All Star Village. The property was stocked and there were even fresh bagels waiting for us with a little bit of coffee, soap, some trash bags, etc! Comfy and close to restaurants and the ballpark! Perfect for our stay!

This was the perfect apartment for us for the week we there for Cooperstown All Star Village. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication was beyond excellent and check in with Neal was easy. The apartment is about 8 minutes from the fields and about 6 minutes from the stores and restaurants. It’s a quiet neighborhood so sitting out on the patio was a great way to relax after long days at the fields. It was also nice that we had access to the washer and dryers as well. Thank you for a great stay this week!!

First let me say from the check-in process to the check-out process Jerry and his team were the best! The 2bd apt was immaculate. The floors and furniture were clean, all amenities listed were operable. There was a rain storm that came through and knocked the power out. We reached out to Jerry and he responded quickly and kept in contact until the power was restored. The location from Jerrys place to All-Star Village was great. It would take literally less than 10 minutes to drive to the ballpark. I would book this place 1000x’s if I had to.
