This hotel does not deserve a four-star rating. My stay was very disappointing.
Although the weather was over 25°C, the air conditioning was not working because the hotel said it was “still May.” I was told to just open the window, which was ridiculous. The fridge in my room also did not work. Instead of offering me another room immediately, they sent a technician who could not fix it. I then had to go to reception myself to request a room change. The hotel was not full, but the new room I was given was a smoking room.
The bathroom was also poorly designed. The shower floor was not properly leveled, so the water did not drain and the bathroom flooded every time I took a shower. I had to push the water toward the drain with my foot. The room also did not feel clean.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The food was not warm, and there were flies around. Also, the lobby area smelled of smoke, and non-smokers should be aware that even breakfast may be served in a smoking area.
In addition, some hotel staff did not understand English well, which made it difficult to explain problems and ask for help.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers. It was far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
