● Please be sure to remove your shoes before entering the room.
● All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking and discarding cigarette butts in the restrooms are strictly prohibited.
● The number of guests staying must match the number specified at the time of reservation. If we discover any false declarations or an excess of guests, we will charge a penalty of 20,000 yen per person.
● Please treat the facilities and appliances with care. In the event of damage caused by intentional or negligent acts, you may be required to compensate for the actual cost.
● If bedding is found to be soiled or significantly stained, you may be required to pay for cleaning or replacement costs.
● Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
● Hair coloring or dyeing in the room or bathroom is prohibited.
● If you use kitchen utensils, please be sure to wash and clean them.
● Visitors and overnight guests other than registered guests are strictly prohibited.
