Vani Vilas Luxury Villa is a unique holiday home nestled in a serene layout of Mysore. Set on a 1200 sq ft plot, it features 2 cozy rooms with a separate kitchen—ideal for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, cookware, glassware, a fridge, and a grinder . Kept washing machine to freshen up the fabrics.
Located on the way to the temple town of Nanjangud and within 8–9 km of major attractions like Chamundi Hills, Mysore Zoo, and the Palace.
Best suited for families
The house is located in a newly developed layout by the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA), on a 30X40 ft plot along a 30 ft wide road. With only a handful of houses around, the area offers a peaceful, nature-filled setting with abundant sunlight and clean, fresh air.
Bedrooms:
It's 2 bedrooms & 1 kitchen and the spacious living area. One bedroom is equipped with an attached washroom, and the other one is not.
Having a common washroom and one additional Indian toilet with some space in the passage for freshening up the fabrics in the washing machine.
Feel free to use the provided iron to press your clothes
Hot water:
Despite having a solar system built to provide hot water, both restrooms have electric geysers.
Securing all windows with mesh to enjoy fresh air without insects.
Zero-Interruption Experience: The UPS kicks in instantly upon a power cut, keeping devices like TVs, routers, and gaming consoles powered without interruption.
Additional amenities:
Combs, Dental kits, shampoo, and fresh towels will be provided

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, Gas Stove an induction stove, a mixer grinder, a microwave oven, a toaster, and much more
A well-stocked kitchen always has sugar, salt, and a variety of spices to balance the flavors of every meal, alongside coffee and tea powder for a comforting brew.
A fridge is available to keep your stuff as cool as always.

A water purifier was installed to have drinking water

High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ensuring a fast and stable network at all times
Easily accommodates 4, including children.
An additional mattress is kept if having more than 4 guests. (Maximum will be 6 pax)

The entire house (First floor) is exclusively yours during your stay! However, we request you to allow our caretaker brief access whenever required. It could be cleaning or filling water to the overhead tank, etc.,

There is an outdoor toilet with an Indian-style commode and an instant geyser. A washing machine is also available here. If using it, please carry your own detergent and fabric softener.
We kindly request that you leave the house in the same condition as it was at the time of check-in. A little deviation is understandable, but your cooperation is appreciated.
