    Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in a shocking and unhygienic condition. There was a strong smell resembling vomit, the TV was broken. The staff don't understand english and refused every request. They was half and hour electricity cut as well. The washroom condition was even worse. It was extremely dirty, and despite repeated requests for cleaning, the staff only sprayed room freshener instead of properly cleaning it. Our requests were largely ignored, showing a complete lack of concern for guest comfort and hygiene. For the price we paid, this experience was unacceptable. There are many better hotels available at the same cost, and staying here was a complete waste of money. We truly had a terrible experience and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they expect a decent stay. We have attached pictures and videos as evidence of the poor condition of the room. Please share this information to prevent other travelers from being misled.

    Hi I am posting because I thought while Booking things should be good as location wise all thing near by but staff is very bad. Upon check-in rooms are bad with AC not working No electric kettle odur in room and cockroaches welcome you. When asked to change room it took another one hour for setting things See towel pictures attached they give dirty towel and charging us 300 bhat
