- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Triad Vacation Rentals
- All trash must be bagged and placed inside the trash bins (single green metal box)
- $250/fine if any trash is placed inside the trash bins with no trash bags
- Max occupancy: 6 adults + 4 children
- Events allowed with prior approval
- Cleaning follows CDC and Vrbo guidelines
- MERV 13 air filters with regular air exchange
- No hidden fees

The house was super nice !! I Loved the Master Suite & the deck off of the Master was Wonderful with full sectional couch & fireplace !! The River running below was the perfect touch for optimal relaxation. Would definitely stay here again !!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sapphire, NC! The property was clean, well-appointed, and perfect for our family getaway. The location is peaceful and convenient to hiking, waterfalls, and nearby towns. We especially loved the outdoor space and cozy living area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The home was perfect for our family, giving lots of space for a family of 6 plus a baby. We particularly enjoyed the outside upper screened patios. The kitchen was easy to get around and was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We had a great week and would definitely book this property again!
