About this cabin rental
Gorgeous home away from home. Three levels of living space! The main level boasts of open seating and soaring ceilings, with flat screen tv and beautiful floor to ceiling rock double sided gas fireplace. There is a huge master bedroom with large bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and double vanity. A fully stocked kitchen opens into the large dining room with seating for 12! There is an additional seating area that looks onto the double sided fireplace.
Outside there is a new spacious lounging deck with six lazy rockers, perfect for having your morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in the magnificent views. Included on the upper deck just outside the dining room den is a grill large enough to grill burgers or steaks for everyone. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms with twin beds in each and a private bathroom for each room. The lower level includes a gigantic den with a 60 inch flat screen tv and seating for a crowd, perfect for watching those football games in the fall. Also, on this level are 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms. The lower deck is covered and has cozy living space with a fireplace for those perfect fall nights to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and lakes below. Access to Sapphire Valley Resort amenities and Fairfield Lake.

Where do we even start? The house is just as described and even better than photos depict. Our family of 8 had the most amazing week making cherished memories. Plenty of room for 6 cooks at a time in the kitchen and so very well stocked. What a refreshing time for all of us to sit around the large dining table and share our meals and game times. Everyone had their own space in a bedroom and private bath. And the beds provided great sleep. The additional living space downstairs was a welcomed bonus as well. The views from inside and outside on the decks were spectacular. Convenient to so many activities and food. And then there’s the host, Katja, who is all you could ask for. From the first inquiry to our check out, she was responsive and so very helpful. I feel like we made a new friend. We will definitely want to make return visits to what felt like home away from home!

This house exceeded my expectations in both size and beauty! The basement is immense with the two king suites and the living area, so we had more than enough room for the 8 of us that stayed. We were also able to host other family that stayed off-site for meals. The hiking nearby was fantastic and so was the Lake Glenville waterfall cruise! We hope to be back in a few years to experience more in the area. It is a gorgeous place to visit, and Katja's house is one of the best I've stayed in. Very well-equipped!

6 of us mature adults decided to get away for a few days and wanted to experience cooler weather, instead of the Alabama humidity. We selected the perfect house in Sapphire, NC.The house was gorgeous and spacious with amazing views of the mountains and stars. We were very close to Cashiers and Highlands too, with all the shopping, restaurants and waterfalls.If you want to relax, this home is for you!
