Nice, friendly staff. Very central located. You have private room and private bathroom.
The staff was really nice. The room is really big. It is very central located and really a short walk from the trainstation and busstation. The is an exchange office just around the corner at Trg Zrtava Faszisma. Wifi works excellent. Bathroom is good. It is actually not a hostel, as you have your own room and own bathroom.

Newly decorated nice place!
Newly redecorated ambience, probably a restored building, with truly inspiring colours, spacious and well-lit rooms, including comfortable beds. Hosts are very nice and polite but do not speak English well. The site is more like apartments in the maze-floored building, with a large terrace on the ground floor (play area or so) and some connected offices around (empty at the moment). Most likely there would be a restaurant in the future or shops. There is a sitting area in the lobby for eating own-brought food and drinks, for now. A Chinese restaurant with local prices and regular varieties is just across the street, as well as homemade pie, pastry and sweet shops, grills, fast food, supermarkets, general Chinese appliance stores, the main square nearby with cafes and restaurants, etc. General transportation is just around the corner for distant areas or connections to general attractions, including Palic's Lake (use bus line 6 within a timetable at some stations, mostly twice hourly up to Palic's Tower, reaching it in half an hour). Do not forget to take a photo of your room number; keys might not have any numbers assigned. Have in mind this complex is not a hotel, so amenities and services are exceeding expectations, but do not feel like you are looking for a personal concierge, as the concept is not the same. Highly recommended place to stay!
There is no hot connection installed between the lobby and the rooms, so secondary sources are used like calorifiers, etc. (which I find good as it is a noiseless option compared to the A/C). Be prepared to spend some hours heating up the room a bit during the very cold season. If you do not mind a bit of chill, it would be ok, as there are extra warm bed covers. It is not fault; it is just advice for guests with specific necessities. Heard also there was an experience with old pipes in the area, and sometimes the effect will be a change in drainage water colour (smell might occur as well), so nothing to worry about, as the toilet door prevents inconvenience. The choice is excellent overall!

Новый отель. Абсолютно новый. Стаканы еще в плёнке защитной. Номер большой. Кровать удобная. Но если на улице прохладно, согреться нормально не получится. Но ценник очень даже гуманный. За эту цену переночевать -просто отлично.
3 розетки на весь номер. 2 из них под потолком. Возле кровати нет их вообще. Номер большой , для обогрева используют кондер. Он не справляется. Холодно. нужны одеяла теплее. Нет стульев. Вообще. Нет телевизора. -место под него есть, а его самого нет. В ванной подтекает нагреватель воды. Утром была вода на полу.
