Tanjil Cottage - Relaxing Coastal Stay

House is located close to town, restuarants and lakes areas. It is clean and spacious. There is lockable gate in the front porch so great for keeping dog secured. House is very clean and issues raised with host/ agent was quickly responded to. BBQ was set up in front porch with dinning facilities.

-The airconditioner in lounge room was broken but host/ agent responded quickly and advised it was in the process of being replaced. -Only the front bedroom has an airconditioer/ heater so the back bedrooms were bit cold. But again the host/ agent responded quickly by providing a small fan heater. -All the non-stick fry pans are badly scratched so not really usable. But we appreciated the coffee machines, coffee capsules and other kitchen essentials (foil, cling wrap etc) that the host provided. - It would be good if host/ agent state in booking.com page that they require credit card information as security and personal information to be separately completed via their own link, prior to stay. Upon receiving a request to provide self email address and credit card information raised scam alerts as booking.com policy/ scam guidlines advised not provide credit card information and that all communications should stay within the booking.com portal. This resulted in me contacting booking.com and the host a couple of times to verify that it wasn't a scam.
