The location and the security. The pool was very clean and there were always sunbeds available.
The instructions on how to collect the keys was a little vague - we found them in the end but it took us a little time. The electric sockets were a little difficult to use as they were the old style of socket

The location is wonderful, you cross the street and trough an alleyway and you are on the beach, and it was a short walk from santa maria, can't really hope for a better place if you want the sea.
The apartment was clean, the bathroom was fresh and nice, and the bedrooms were perfectly adequate, if simple. The balcony is really nice, and the outdoor pool and shared relax area is very lovely and perfect for when you aren't feeling like going far to have some sun. The security to the building was also a nice touch, it made us feel extra safe in the apartment.
The communication with our on-site host was very quick and good!
When we arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper left, so I asked for more and we were given two more rolls. But once that ran out we were told to buy our own, and I feel like somewhere for the price it shouldn't be such an issue to provide a small pack of toilet paper for the guests in the apartment. It also says in the listing that should be included, so it's a shame.
Since there is no provided cleaning included in the price (it would be an additional 30euro) or laundry options I think it would be nice if there were two pairs of towels per person per week, instead of one (one big and one small hand/face towel), because it would be nice to change them out after a few days.
The small bedroom didn't have any curtains / ways to block out the sun, though that's a minor inconvenience.
The apartment is a bit poorly sound- isolated, so if you are sensitive for that I would advise against it. You can hear the other guests in apartments next to you, as well as the street outside very well. But if you are a heavy sleeper it won't be a problem.
