About this apartment rental
Wonderful, spacious apartment, ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. Super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi connection. The apartment has its own rooftop terrace with direct access to the completely renovated shared rooftop pool. Sleeps 7 total: 3 bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine that leads straight to the pool. Living room with open-concept kitchen and access to a spacious balcony.
Location: right in the heart of the bustling city center, just 2 minutes from Santa Maria Beach, with 24/7 security and gated access. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included!
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom has a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds; both have access to a balcony via sliding doors. The third bedroom is the mezzanine, which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The mezzanine opens onto the apartment’s rooftop terrace and the shared rooftop pool, making the apartment suitable for a total of 7 people plus 2 baby cribs.
Each guest will receive two hand towels and one beach towel.
Transfer & Host
First of all, we can arrange your transfer with our own driver, ILdo, who has the most beautiful smile on the island :) The airport transfer costs €20 one way for up to 5 people (€25 after 8:00 PM). Late check-in is no problem, as ILdo has your keys with him.
Daily cleaning of the apartment is available.
Adrian, your host, can arrange this for you. He can also help you organize island tours, etc.
Supermarket/bakery right around the corner
The best bakery is just 100 meters away, or you can enjoy a nice breakfast at Giramondo, just around the corner. You’ll find a small supermarket right below the apartment. You’re in the city center, so very close to all the great restaurants and bars (ask for recommendations). Enjoy a cold beer at Calema, grab the best sushi at The Garden, and go dancing at Buddy’s. Santa Maria Beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and for wingfoil or windsurfing lessons, you’re a 5-minute walk from the Angulo Beach Club. Here you can easily rent your surf, kite, or SUP gear.
What will you do? Take a dip in the blue sea, which stays at the same wonderful temperature all year round. Or will you grab a free lounge chair and enjoy a sundowner by the pool with the most amazing view of Santa Maria, read a book, go shopping, enjoy the nightlife, or learn to wingfoil? In the morning, you can take a walk to the pier for some fresh tuna or lobster. Or enjoy the huge variety of great restaurants, all within walking distance of the pool house. Santa Maria’s nightlife is spectacular, with its many cafes, bars, and clubs. There’s music everywhere, people are dancing in the streets, and the party never seems to stop.
