Great location in Seminyak, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafés, while still being quiet. Room was clean, management easy to deal with, pool was nice, outdoor kitchen was handy, and Wi-Fi was fast. Downsides were the run-down bathroom with a urine-cake odour, some flaking walls and ceiling, and AC struggling to keep the room cool. As with many outdoor villas in Bali, there were also the usual creatures around like frogs, ants, caterpillars, centipedes, and mosquitoes. Paid about 800,000 IDR per night last minute — not disappointed, but I think closer to 500,000 IDR would better match the condition of the place.
