Convenient location and bedrooms were a good size and clean.
Lounge too small. Television did not work in lounge - we phoned up and was told it would be sorted out the following day but it wasn’t. Second toilet far too small and on same floor as the other toilet-since it was a four storied house, this seems impractical. In the kitchen, Only four forks for a house that potentially should have 8 sets of utensils. Also, at the last minute we were told we had to pay a nonrefundable £30 extra to cover damages. We had already paid £600 for 2 nights so we thought this was a bit of a ripoff.
