Excelente localização. A casa possui amplo espaço, mas que poderia ser menor aproveitado. Exemplo: uma ducha no quintal, ar condicionado nos quartos. Também seria importante investir em manutenção, portas com defeito e em vidro transparente o que quase causou um acidente, uma vez que minha mãe idosa não percebeu que a porta de saída da cozinha para a área de serviço estava fechada e bateu a cabeça.
Manutenção de portas e garagem. Ausência de uma ducha no quintal para tirar a areia da praia. Ausência de ar condicionado nos outros quartos.
