Excelente localização, cama e travesseiros muito bons! E garagem na frente do prédio.
Limpeza (em especial da cozinha) deixou bastante a desejar, ausência de utensílios básicos na cozinha e outros detalhes que informamos diretamente a imobiliária para que os próximos hóspedes tenham uma experiência melhor que a gente.

Localização excelente, pois dá para ir às praias, durante o dia, a pé e ir à Pituba também a pé, em qualquer horário. O prédio é novo e o flat muito aconchegante, bem mobiliado, além de ser a rua bem tranquila.
