Elegant Castle Nook

Elegant Castle Nook is an absolute gem of an apartment in the heart of Ljubljana Old Town. The apartment is extremely clean , cute, and spacious and our host Vesna was wonderful. We arrived early and she arranged for us to store our luggage until our room was ready for check in. The apartment’s location is perfect and only a few meters from the steps up to Ljubljana Castle and all the key tourists sites. There are also unlimited restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. I highly recommend Elegant Castle Nook to anyone wanting a perfect apartment right in the center of Ljubljana Old Town.

The location is first class, in the heart of the old town. Many quality restaurants right on your door step, b

It's not that I did not like it , but be prepared for all supermarkets and non tourist shops to be closed on Sunday, just prep a little and you will be fine.

The location was amazing, and the apartment itself was wonderfully designed and very well kept. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vesna (our host), as well as Martina and Nelly - all of whom were so welcoming and lovely! We had a wonderful time, and having stayed in 3 other cities in the past two weeks, we were the saddest to leave this one.

It’s on a bit of a steep hill, and this is followed by a staircase to reach the apartment itself. This didn’t bother us, but may be something to consider for someone with relatively low mobility.

Excellent location, just off main drag of the old town at beginning of path up towards castle yet feels tucked away and is very quiet. Fantastic kitchen and living room space kitted out with all we needed and including a pod coffee machine which is a lovely touch.
