First of all, I would like to highly recommend Sara, the host. She was very responsive on WhatsApp and always replied quickly and accurately to all our questions. Additionally, during the first three days the air conditioners were not working properly, so she personally came to clean them, and afterwards they worked perfectly. This deserves special praise as well. The key pick-up process was simple and convenient. The apartment can be easily reached by train from the airport to Loli station, and from there it is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and has two terraces, one of which is huge and overlooks the street. It is located on the third floor and the building has two elevators. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso machine, two inverter air conditioners, an iron, a washing machine, and a drying rack, which was especially useful for us. It is close to the city center and situated in a very nice neighborhood. Throughout our stay, we truly felt that someone cared about our well-being and wanted to make sure we had the best possible experience. Highly recommended!

Pour un séjour de 11 nuits un four micro-onde aurait été bien apprécié.

Posizione centralissima e silenziosa allo stesso tempo grazie a serramenti modernissimi e a tenuta perfetta. Materasso di ottima qualità nuovo e molto comodo. Doccia spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile, cura dei dettagli, check in professionale e davvero accogliente. Completo di tutto: dalla Nespresso, alle comode poltroncine, cassaforte e frigo. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere.

Appartement très spacieux et lumineux, avec un beau balcon agréable. Le grand lit est confortable et la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreuses rues piétonnes, parfait pour se balader le soir.

Nous ne connaissions pas Palerme auparavant. Il est important de savoir que c’est une ville très animée et donc assez bruyante. Il y a beaucoup de passage dans les rues, avec du bruit à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit.
