Gute Lage, wenn auch ohne Blick auf Politeama. Recht nah am Stadtleben.
Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Bett und Sofa sind durchgelegen/durchgesessen. An einigen Stellen lohnt sich die Renovierung.

Perfecte locatie in centrum van Palermo. Zeer rustig appartement, zowel overdag als 's nachts. Mooi groot terras en omvang van het appartement is groot. Eigenaars helpen waar nodig en regelen een shuttledienst van de luchthaven naar de locatie. Palermo is de moeite om te bezoeken! Huurprijs voor dit appartement is goed. Leuke ontbijtplek aan de overkant van de straat (Cafe Dante), en supermarkt achter de hoek.
Sommige zaken zouden gerepareerd of vervangen moeten worden in het appartement (toiletbril staat los, wasmachine kan niet gebruikt worden (stuk?), voetbaltafel stuk, en darts eigenlijk ook niet meer echt volwaardig te gebruiken). Kleine dingen die niet echt zo belangrijk zijn maar hopelijk in de toekomst wel aangepakt worden.

Super lokalizacja ,bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami .Okolica bezpieczna 10 min do metra ,które dojeżdża na lotnisko.Fajne mieszkanie na 8- piętrze .Byliśmy w Palermo rano i miło mnie zaskoczyło , że właściciele pozwolili nam wcześniej przyjść do mieszkania.Za to bardzo dziękujemy.Polecam

Location was central.
The apartment smelt like smoke even though we were assured that it was a non smoking apartment. It took a while for the air conditioner to work so didn't work well on a hot day and no black out blinds so impossible to sleep in. The sofa bed wasn't great but the bed in the bedroom was comfortable.
