Stunning Views & Balconies: Top-floor location with excellent views and large, enjoyable balconies.
Spacious & Well-Equipped: Generous bedroom and living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.
Great Amenities & Neighborhood: Access to a building pool, situated in an excellent area with supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy all within walking distance.
Difficult Parking & Steep Walk: Street parking is nearly impossible due to beach visitors, and the house is at the top of a long, steep hill.
No Living Room AC: Lacks air conditioning in the living room, which is especially problematic in hot weather when using the advertised sofa bed.
Bathroom Maintenance: Visible lack of upkeep, including broken fixtures like a fallen towel rack.
