Apartamento La Canarita

Il giardino con la piscina e il silenzio notturno, serve una macchina x muoversi e si trova sempre parcheggio nella strada davanti, difficilissimo da trovare invece in zona lungomare.

Avrei preferito un letto più largo, c'è invece quello alla francese. Ci sono parecchi scalini ripidi per l'accesso al giardino e all'appartamento quindi non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta.

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind beeindruckend. Der Vermieter, der im Obergeschoss wohnt, respektiert Privatsphäre.

Die Möbel sind alt und abgetragen. Das Bett zu klein und unbequem, vor allem, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und eine erholsame Nacht braucht. Der Vermieter wohnt mit Familie im Obergeschoss. Leider ist von dort immer wieder lautes Getrampel zu hören. Auch die Küche ist alt und nicht sauber. Das Geschirr musste vor Benutzung erstmal gespült werden. Außerdem muffiger Geruch, der auch mit Lüften nicht weggeht.

Locatie is geweldig; het uitzicht, de rust en het geluid van vogeltjes in een groene oase op loopafstand van het strand.

The area ia very calm and relaxing! I spent quite some time on the front porch and the view is comforting as well as beautiful! Although the space is shared with the owner, there is no interaction per se, the rental is a distinct level kind of detached from the rest of the house. As a matter of fact I much enjoyed Paco’s company (the owner) so I didn’t mind if he would have mingled more often. The inside of the establishment feels very Spanish, a bit old but charming. Beds were comfortable! Most likely a car is necessary as the tranquility comes with this cost. It can be a great stay without the car but you need to be happy to burn some calories. Down to the beach there’s a 10 walk, back is a bit more as the location is uphill. Found a great restaurant 12 minutes walk from the place. Lidl is walking distance but I preferred the big comercial center by car , 5 minutes distance. I would definitely come back!
