NEW Villa C with priv heated pool, ocean view THE VIEW TENERIFE

This property was amazing for a chilled week away with our adult family. The property has amazing views (hence the name) and it was well appointed in all rooms comfy sofas and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to walk down to most places in 20 mins and taxis back only ever cost us £4-6. Excellent places to eat and lots of variety. Towels and pool towels provided, dishwasher tabs and soaps for bathrooms plenty of toilet roll. We loved it here and we loved the villa.

Not many negatives about this place at all but currently some building work going on behind didn’t bother us much but if you have issues with this one to note. Some days other villas had parties/noise but again not an issue with this villa at all their rules state no noise between 10-8 and they will speak to other guests if this is the case. Not a massive issue for us at all while we were there though.

Amazing property- we can see why its called The View! Reassuring, direct communication all through the process 👍 . Accessible hosts during our visit 👍 walking distance to restaurants ,pubs , beaches and shopping. . We didnt hire a car , and didnt feel we needed to , by the end of our trip either. We walked to many places (really easily) and got taxi's home (it's uphill)- always less than €10 . Scooters are very accessible too . Lots of delivery options if you want to stay in and not cook . Lots of bits provided in the kitchen if you do want to cook .Very secure and safe property .

Everything was excellent .. maybe more towels could be supplied for our stay, if i had to think of something .

The villa is incredible; spacious, clean and with an amazing view.

These are party villas so be aware! The villas are also by a building site so there is a lot of drilling and noise. On one particular day, the drilling was shaking the villa and another evening, welding was taking place until 21:30 so not ideal. Unfortunately we had a group of lads next to us who blasted music all day; even though we asked them to turn it down. Behind and above us, we had another group of noisy lads who were drunk, shouting and proceeded to throw there leftover food onto our villa. There are apparently strict rules to abide to but they are not enforced it seems. Robert, who is the handmay was really helpful and sincerely concerned. My complaints were forwarded to the owner but we never heard from her. Considering we paid nearly £4K for a week, I found that disappointing and therefore would not stay here again. The villas are on top of each other and you are part of a building site.

Loved the place! This place has an amazing view and it is 1:1 as in pictures. We stayed there in early March and had a fantastic time. Even though the weather wasn’t very hot, the pool was warm enough to enjoy. It honestly felt like all the rain clouds avoided this one sunny spot in Tenerife. The house itself is great, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the hosts are quick to reply and very easy to communicate with. Overall, the house has excellent service and we had a wonderful stay.

There was some construction work behind the house, which could be a little distracting at times, but overall it didn’t affect our stay too much. We still had a wonderful time.
