Tolle Lage, gut mit Tram und Metro zu erreichen vom Flughafen und für das Erkunden der Altstadt (Tram Linie 9 quasi direkt vor der Tür). Das kleine Studio ist top für eine Person. Schöne, saubere, renovierte Wohnung. Klimaanlage super im Sommer. Supermärkte, Eisdielen & Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Der Check-In erfolgte detailliert und problemlos über WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter für Codes & Schlüssel. Es gab eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk, und Basisversorgung von Kaffeekapseln, Tee und verpacktes Brioche ist vorhanden.
Die Haustür ist gut gesichert, jedoch sehr schwergängig zum Öffnen. Im Apartment gibt es eine nett gemeinte Duftlampe, die sehr intensiv ist - nach Ausstecken und Lüften passte es. Zur Info: wenn der Kühlschrank als zu laut empfunden wird, Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen. Die Lage der Wohnung selbst ist ruhig.
