Lynwood Collection on Forsyth 12B by Lucky Savannah

The area it is located in was one of the most beautiful areas we have ever stayed at. Gaston Street (where the VRBO was located) and Forysth Park are absolutely gorgeous! The big, old beautiful houses and the Spanish moss hanging from all of the big beautiful tree lined streets were breathtaking. We would take daily & evening walks almost every day (when it wasn't pouring). It was very quiet. Within walking distance to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay here again. The bed was really comfortable and big. Parking on the premises - a HUGE plus. That was wonderful. We were only 25-30 minutes from the beach which was really nice.

The exterior of the building could look a bit better, but the inside was cozy. Our particular little apartment had an uncomfortable couch to sit on, the toilet seat was not on properly (pushed to the side a bit), and the shower has a very, very small head with not great water pressure. The week we were there it rained & stormed quite a bit, the area outside the bedroom patio door would flood, there didn't seem to be much of a drain in the back area for the water to disperse or it was clogged, so it was difficult to come in and out of there when going to your car. Parking was on the premises, which was great, but 12B was one of the parking spots that you had to park next to a wall & try to maneuver out of a tight area with a couple of other tight parking spots. Four or five of the parking areas are not easy, comfortable, pull in and out spots like the others.
