Location out from centre. However right beside subway station.
Charged a deposit of 500 yuan.
Have never been charged an actual deposit when arrived at a hotel.
Asked about deposit when leaving. Said they would refund when room checked. Asked them to checked but said staff in a meeting. Said I wanted it checked before I left. Reception staff completed a transaction on credit card machine ( I did not get asked to sign)and said the deposit was being refunded to my credit card. This was on the 29th of Sept and money still not in my account.
