Friendly front desk personnels. Very approachable.
Waited sometime to check in because only 1 Front desk personnel attending to walk-in guest who wants to check in and that took some time.

It was very easy to collect from the receptionist. Once you collect your keys, then only you can park your car in the basement cos you need the access card to enter and exit the basement parking. Similarly, upon check out, you need to take your car out first before hand over the key and the parking access card.
There are no free channels on the TV. You need to have an account for Netflix, Prime etc before you can watch the TV.

Strategic location with a nice restaurant and live music place to hung out just down stairs the place. Hard to beat Novo value for money in KL.
Also, the check in, deposit and cleaning services were very transparent and honest making it a reliable business, different that many others in KL.
Had minor issues with the microwave and iron but they promptly replied to fix/ replace them.
