The room big and comfortable
The pipe used in the toilet burst itself but it was deducted in my deposit : it was RM80. Price of half the room. You should choose better material for the pipe. That one is no good. I still couldnt believe that i need to pay for your lack of sense in choosing the pipe.

Luckily the studio we booked are at the level 42, very high floor with good KL City view.
Room is spacious and clean. Will definately come back here again.

clean and hygiene place, unlikely others property that I have been before. I like the high floor room with awesome KL city centre view. Love it
Finding the room is a bit complicated due to the designed of the building. Can't do much.

Only the location is good, everything else are so-so
1. No sink at kitchen, sink is basic of basic for kitchen man
2. No kitchen kabinet and all utensil is exposed
3. Pillow is so poor and old, pillow is torned out
4. Facilities at lift lobby no aircond, so hot and uncomfortable
5. Being charged for rm17 for merchant fee, why the heck do I need to pay for merchant fee??
6. Being charged rm 30 for 2 night stays for parking, honestly, why not just include those cost in the room price all together so we as customer already agreed with the price shown before proceed to booking. Like my case now, already place a booking then have another additional cost which is not feasible for me, what option do I have next because after booking, u are not able to cancel the booking anymore.
7. Refundable Deposit for RM200 is understandble but at least specify the amount in the room description as well
8. Agent or owner can visit the unit once in a while and change whats already old there like power extension already yellowing, your extra bed is also so poor
