Clean house and comfortable beds. Good communication. Handy to town.

Had to vacuum before we left. Weird layout with some bedrooms only having curtains for doors and connected to other bedrooms.

Location and the large open windows in the kitchen and the large outdoor deck area.

We couldn’t access the driveway. But honestly only tried once.

We stayed at this property while attending a large event in Rockhampton, and it worked perfectly for our needs. The location is about a 35-minute drive from Rockhampton, making it a convenient base while still being close to Yeppoon. The property itself was clean, well-presented, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the shower facilities were in great condition. A standout feature was the secure, high-fenced storage area, which easily accommodated our trailer and vehicles. It’s also ideally located, with a service station right next door and both Coles and Woolworths within easy walking distance, along with other local shops in Yeppoon. We stayed as a group of four adults and really appreciated having enough space for everyone to have their own area, making the stay both comfortable and relaxing. If we attend the event again we would definitely consider staying here again.

The ensuite bathroom lacked mirror lighting and a power point, which was a bit inconvenient. We also noticed several blown light bulbs in entry areas and some rooms. The layout between two bedrooms is separated by a curtain, and the shared shower setup is a little unconventional. While we were able to make it work for the extra space, it’s worth noting the property isn’t truly four fully separate bedrooms.
