It offers a cozy living area and a south-facing outdoor seating area. Top location for winter sports: ski in/ski out at the Fadail ski lift/Children’s Area Aurara and close to the Tgantieni chairlift. With good snow conditions, you can ski almost all the way to the house. Heidsee Lake with its lido and watersports facilities is about 700 m away and tennis courts are located approximately 200 m from the property. The village center is a 7-minute walk away, offering shops, a post office, a sports bus stop and various sports facilities. Lenzerheide offers an almost unlimited range of leisure activities: hiking, golfing, fishing, windsurfing, skiing, cross-country skiing and many more activities ensure variety throughout the year.
The apartment features a cozy living area with an open kitchen and dining corner, as well as a south-facing outdoor seating area equipped with garden furniture. The gallery includes a single bed and the separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC. A ski storage room are available for use.
