The cozy holiday apartment features two bedrooms, divided into a double room and a triple room. The apartment has a lovely kitchen-living area with an open living/dining space, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
House Sursilvana / 2nd floor – left / Elevator / Wi-Fi yes / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with bunk bed and single bed / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 separate WC All lakeside apartments House number 4-6 are located in the center of Lenzerheide and feature a south-facing balcony, as well as being directly on the ski slope/cross-country ski trail and within close proximity to the free sports bus and various shopping options. A great starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family. (In the same House Sursilvana there are the following vacation apartments No. 05 and No. 08)
- Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
