The outdoor space was really nice and quiet it was safe and felt secure no issues

We liked everything about the property and the owner but we did not like the management company. This was because we arrived in Albuferia at 1pm so contacted management company to try to get an earlier check in to be told we would have to pay an extra 100 euros for 3 hrs when we could have booked an extra night for £56 there was no compromise whatsoever so this was very off putting and felt like extortion. We asked if we could just leave our luggage but we’re told we needed to pay 5 euros per bag for the three hours. As the property was vacant from 1pm we felt this was disappointing
