The location is great, walking distance from the city center of Langres.
Everything inside the property looks/feels brand new.

Both bedrooms were clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and practical.
There was a washing machine available, very useful for road cycling riders.
Situation was ok, close to the center and to the ramparts but in a street with traffic very close to the door and windows.
The kitchen was lacking a dish washer. Living room windows opening on a street from where anybody can see what’s happening inside. As there is a parking spot in front of the window, need to keep shutters closed and stay in the dark.
Heating system was not working in this first cold weekend of the year. Sometimes there was no hot water but the host reacted quickly and communicated very kindly.
