The property was in a perfect location, close to shops and with a good variety for restaurants. The property was clean, tidy and well looked after. The communication with the owner was fantastic.

Some local information would be a good addition.

The question was - what did I like - The location was good for what I needed it for as my husband was having surgery at the local hospital. The apartment was clean and modern. I couldn't fault the facilities !

Question was - what I didn't like - firstly the whole apartment smelt of very strong paint, like a gloss or an oil based paint, the apartment is on a main road so I could not open the windows, I did try, also I turned off the heating as this was making it worse, the host said that they had just had this apartment "refreshed and aired", no this was completetly renovated recently, the smell was so overwhelming that I could not stay another night that I had paid for, as I had such a throbbing headache. The host said that no one else complained about the smell and apologised. I had to book in to a Premier inn at an extra cost. Just to be clear I paid £308.00 for this apartment for 2 nights and an additional cost of £130 for another venue. Again I will say this apartment is lovely and modern, but I think they should of waited till the summer months to rent this out.
