If there were 11 out of 10 in my rating, this place would undoubtedly get them! From the first moment of communication, I can say that the host and his family did an excellent job in this aspect. Check-in was perfect, everything was organized, and I felt welcomed at once. The location is very good for tourists visiting Hikkaduwa because all the main sights, beach, and restaurants are not further than 5-10 minutes walking. Besides, the apartment itself has everything you might need, even such small things like washing machine, a full kitchen, good hot water, and a wonderful terrace where you can relax after a busy day. But what made me appreciate this place much more was the family of the homeowner – they were really one of the friendliest and hospitable people I met in my life! Overall, this was an exceptional stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and was genuinely sad to leave.

Perfect hosts. The two brothers are very helpful and hospitable, as is their entire family. They were very quick to resolve our personal issues and requests, such as finding a repairperson to fix our bag that was damaged during our flight. We could always was turned to the property owners for assistance with any requests. The apartment's location is ideal, close to the beach and the central street of Hikkaduwa, while also was fresh air and a peaceful environment. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living: a gas stove in the kitchen, a washing machine, hot water, and comfortable mattresses on the beds in both bedrooms. Some suggestions for the hosts, if they were fulfilled, I would give the apartment a rating of 11 out of 10) The beds are a bit old and make a creaking sound when you change your sleeping position (you can lubricate the legs or replace at least one of the beds), if possible (over time). It would be a good idea to install a small microwave oven for heating food (also if possible over time)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Will we come back to this villa? Of course, and with great pleasure, because we felt almost at home)
