Der Garten ist wunderschön und es ist sehr ruhig im Vergleich zur Hauptstraße mit den Restaurants.
Diana und ihr Ehemann sind super nett und freundlich, ich wurde herzlich empfangen und habe mich sofort heimisch gefühlt. Diana hat mir gleich Mittagessen angeboten und kocht unglaublich gut. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall mindestens einmal Dinner zu probieren. Ich konnte mir ein Fahrrad ausleihen und somit die Gegend schneller und flexibler erkunden als Zufuß
Ich war in Raum 3 da war der wlan Empfang nicht so gut, ich hatte aber Ruhe im Vorraum/ Gemeinschaftsraum und konnte von dort aus gut Remote arbeiten

Diana and her husband Ranjeev treated me like family, and they treated all the guests like family. It was just so lovely to stay in this gorgeous colonial villa, set in a quiet lane well away from the noisy centre of Hikkaduwa, yet within easy cycling distance of the beach in the centre of Hikkaduwa, where it is safe to swim. Diana and Ranjeev spoilt me like crazy, with lovely breakfasts and traditional Sri Lankan dinners, and pots of tea, and taking me to the places I wanted to visit. A truly wonderful experience, and it was so lovely that I will be returning now on a regular basis. Thank you so much Diana and Ranjeev, you made my stay so happy!
Having to leave. This is a place where Diana and Ranjeev and the colonial villa with its gorgeous garden is so lovely you feel that you want to stay for a very long time.

Hostess (and her partner) was amazing with breakfast and lunch delivery. All dishes served our taste perfectly. Very gracious and helpful. Looked in to our comfort regularly. Surroundings were beautiful with flora and vegetation. Close to the local beach which was beautiful
Rooms not as advertised. One room was double booked. Beds described as "double" could not sleep two people comfortably. Five people had to share 1 bathroom.
Some Internalized Racist comments such as "Typical Sri Lankans...."We Prefer foreigners... etc. were offensive and unnecessary. Surprised by the expectation that family on vacation should be quite or silent
